USB 2.0 to 4S Serial RS-232/422/485 ports, metal case with screw lock cable (FTDI Chipset)

The EX-1344HMV USB 2.0 to RS-232/422/485 converter in a metal enclosure, provides four RS-232, 422, or 485 high performance UART 16C550 combo serial outputs. It is designed to expand desktop computer, notebook by four more serial outputs in a rugged metal housing via USB 2.0 bus. Easy installation means there is no need to open the computer. The included EX-K1542V A male to B male cable can be attached to the EX-1344HMV with thumbscrews without the need for a screwdriver, making it impossible for the cable to come loose on its own. Optionally, item EX-6099 (DIN rail kit) can be used to install the EX-1344HMV on a support rail in a 19-inch rack. The EX-1344HMV has LED indicators for operating functions and data transmissions.
